Volunteers needed in Ireland and Belgium to take part in ProACT Proof of Concept trial

We are currently recruiting participants to take part in the ProACT Proof of Concept trial, which will take place in Ireland and Belgium during 2018. The study is taking place to find out if new technology can help to support people living with ore than one chronic health condition.

Participants over the age of 65 with two or more of the following chronic health conditions;

• Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) including emphysema or chronic bronchitis
• Chronic heart failure
• Coronary heart disease including angina, hypertension, atherosclerosis and arrhythmia
• Diabetes

will be provided with the ProACT system in their homes for a period of 12 months, and will be asked to provide the researchers with feedback about their experience using the system. You can read more about this study here.
